Tour Itinerary
Tour Begins: Pickup from Your Hotel or Selected Location
Your journey starts with pickup in a luxury vehicle from anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area (Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Oakville, etc.) or from a Niagara Falls hotel or specified pickup location. The exact pickup time is entirely up to you!
1:30 PM – Arrive at Niagara Falls
After a brief stop at Niagara Falls, your private tour continues with a lunch break at a restaurant of your choice (lunch not included in the tour price).
3:30 PM – Visit Casino Niagara
Try your luck at Casino Niagara with slot machines and blackjack tables!
5:30 PM – Winery Tour & Niagara-on-the-Lake
Enjoy a visit to a local winery in the historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Stroll through charming shops, sample premium wines, and take in the beautiful scenery. (Winery tour and additional activities are not included in the base tour price.)

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations: Contact Niagara Falls Tour via phone or email to modify or cancel your private tour. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours.
- Punctuality: Arriving late and missing the tour results in no refund. Niagara Falls Tour will provide the exact pickup time and location.
- Tour Cancellations: If the tour is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your tour at no extra cost if done within 24 hours of booking.
- Vehicle Upgrades/Downgrades: If you choose to upgrade to a larger vehicle, you will need to cover the price difference. If you switch to a smaller vehicle, the difference will be refunded to your credit card.
- Vehicle Breakdowns: In the rare case of a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Falla Tour will attempt to send a replacement vehicle to continue your tour. No refunds will be provided for time lost due to vehicle changes. If the tour is cancelled due to vehicle issues, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are not eligible for a refund. Changes to your booking are not accepted within 24 hours of the start time. Note: Cut-off times for cancellations and changes are based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
