Tour Itinerary
Tour Begins – Pickup from Your Hotel or Chosen Location
Your journey starts with a luxury pickup from anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area (Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Oakville, etc.) or from a hotel near Niagara Falls.
1:30 PM – Niagara Falls
Enjoy a brief stop at the breathtaking Niagara Falls before heading to your chosen restaurant for lunch (a meal not included in the tour price).
3:30 PM – Casino Visit
Try your luck at the casino with blackjack and slot machines!
5:30 PM – Winery Tour & Niagara-on-the-Lake
Experience the charm of Niagara-on-the-Lake with a visit to a renowned local winery. Sample world-class wines while taking in the beautiful scenery. (The winery tour and admission to Niagara-on-the-Lake are not included in the base tour price.)
8:00 PM – Drop-off
After a memorable day, we ensure a safe and comfortable return to your drop-off location.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations: Contact Niagara Falls Tour via phone or email to modify or cancel your private tour. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours.
- Punctuality: Arriving late and missing the tour results in no refund. Niagara Falls Tour will provide your pickup time and location via email.
- Tour Cancellations: If the tour is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your tour at no extra cost if done within 24 hours of booking.
- Vehicle Upgrades/Downgrades: If you choose to upgrade to a larger vehicle, you will need to cover the price difference. If you switch to a smaller vehicle, the difference will be refunded to your credit card.
- Vehicle Breakdowns: In the rare case of a vehicle breakdown, Niagara Falls Tour will arrange a replacement vehicle to continue your tour. No refunds will be provided for time lost due to vehicle changes. If the tour is cancelled due to a vehicle issue, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are not eligible for a refund. Changes to your booking are not accepted within 24 hours of the start time.
